Shipping Schedule for Orders
Orders placed by December 23 (Tue) are scheduled to be shipped within the year.
However, due to heavy traffic during the holiday season and the inspection process required especially for watches, some shipments may be dispatched on or after January 6, 2026 (Tue).
Orders placed and paid for on or after December 24 (Wed) will likely be shipped on or after January 6, 2026 (Tue).
We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.

Customer Support
Inquiries received during the holiday period or outside business hours will be answered sequentially from January 5 (Mon).
