Eligibility for Returns

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item if you wish to request a return.
Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted under any circumstances. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition with all original labels attached.

Return Shipping Costs

In principle, return shipping costs are borne by our company.

For standard returns, shipping costs are covered by us, and only the product price is eligible for a refund.
Taxes incurred at customs, including customs duties, taxes and fees, are not refundable.

However, if you refuse to accept the package after it has been shipped for personal reasons, the return shipping fee and any related charges (including customs duties, taxes and fees) will be deducted from your refund. In such cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Any customs duties incurred upon re-entry into Japan for returned items will be borne by our company.

How to Return an Item

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email in advance. Our email address is [info_global@allu-official.com].
  • Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you a return shipping label by email. Please use this label to return the item to us and kindly notify us again after shipping.
  • After the returned item arrives, we will conduct an inspection. Once the item is confirmed, we will proceed with the refund process.
  • Please note that we cannot process a refund for items returned without a prior return request. If we do not receive your reply or action within one week after our response, we will consider the matter closed and your request invalid. After that, no refunds will be accepted for any reason.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Important Notes

  • As we do not receive any import customs duties and local taxes incurred at international orders, we are unable to refund these charges in the event of a return since these are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/region and beyond our control. For more details, please refer to Global-e’s return policy.
  • When returning an item, please include all components such as cases, pouches, accessories, warranty cards, manuals, certificates, tags, and labels. If any of these are missing, we shall refuse the return.
  • If you return an item that is not eligible for return, the item will be considered abandoned unless you specifically request otherwise. In such cases, we may dispose of the item at our discretion, and no refund will be provided. Please note that return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Please note: If damage is determined to be caused by insufficient packaging during the return, we shall not be able to provide a refund.
